The Pacres team made the whole process so pleasant! Our loan process was a little unconventional (shall we say) and had lots of bumps in the road due to things totally outside anyone's control, but they were with us the whole time. I always felt like a priority. They communicated SO well with us proactively. And anytime I had a question, they were so quick to answer. Shelby in particular always seemed to be going above and beyond! I would certainly use them again and will definitely refer my friends and family here.
