Like the Atlantic Bay broker we used in 2017, Kristy was very responsive, friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable.
The estimate for the closing costs does not appear to have been revised so we ended up a little high on the loan amount with cash out at closing (not a huge deal, but could have been closer to net zero). Secondly, I was pressured into making an additional mortgage payment by my existing mortgage holder when I should not have paid them and now have to wait to get that money back.
