The estimate for the closing costs does not appear to have been revised so we ended up a little high on the loan amount with cash out at closing (not a huge deal, but could have been closer to net zero). Secondly, I was pressured into making an additional mortgage payment by my existing mortgage holder when I should not have paid them and now have to wait to get that money back.
