Kristy Morrissey at Stearns Lending was highly recommended and she didn't disappoint. Everything was handled electronically. It was fast and efficient. We were mortgaging our current home to finance a new home project. the whole process was fast and without any glitches. Kristy was highly professional and provided the right product for us.

Kristy and her team are very prompt with returning emails/Voicemails. She is a local business and she takes the time to explain everything she sent us. We never felt out of the loop, she would call/email, just to give us a status update. Her and her team were amazing and made buying our house a breeze.

Kristy was recommended to my husband and I by family. When we first seen Kristy we had some work to do with our credit. Kristy knew exactly what needed to be removed to proceed with our loan. Kristy was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and taught me so much throughout the entire process of my refinance. She went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me close in a short period of time. She is very professional but makes you feel like you're her only client-even though I know she's so busy. I've worked with her throughout the years and she continues to be the best and makes the process of refinancing your mortgage so smooth! I would highly recommend her!!

I was referred to Kristy by a co--worker. She made my first home purchase as stress free as one could for this type of a purchase, because it is a lot to take in, from getting quotes on different houses and closing as soon as we were able. I always felt comfortable with the whole process and Kristy was very good about being on top of everything that was needed and keeping me in the loop. I will be referring her to any one I know looking to purchase a home.

Kristy was great to work with during my whole home buying experience. She answered any questions I had during the whole thing and when she was not available right away she would always get back to me with an answer. Even after being in our home for 4 months, she is still very helpful whenever I get ahold of her about questions. Kristy is highly recommended for anyone looking for a great experience when dealing with their mortgages!
