Bottom line: communication ON POINT, smooth, on time closing. To be completely honest, my initial interaction with Kristy I wasn't impressed. I guess her tone? She sounded like she didn't have time for me, my questions, and like she had a snarky attitude. My realtor got the same impression over the phone.
