Some of your staff treat your customers very unrespectfully. Your receptionist Laney. I stopped by the office to ask for a check for the retainer of my account and she had a rude tone to her voice and was not very accommodating at all. I told her I would be in town until the next day and ask if I could stop by and get the check then.
