We chose Krustaceans Seafood based on the many excellent reviews and are very glad that we trusted everyone who raves about it. The casual ambiance combined with Chris' very welcoming and attentive nature made our lunch experience really pleasant. The food portions are generous, every item was delicious, and the prices are extremely reasonable.

This was my first visit. Upon entering, it wasn’t obvious that the ordering process was to go to the bar, wait to be given a menu, then place your order at the bar. I thought the “Please Wait Here” sign meant wait to be seated. I noticed several others were confused about the process as well. The food was good. The shrimp would have been better if it had been warm/hot. It tasted like the only warmth came from the sauce, and even the sauce was barely warm. The potatoes were good, but severely overcooked. I visited Krustaceans Seafood today with my family to celebrate my sisters birthday. My customer experience exceeded expectations. It was a party of 7 and it helped that one of the owners met us at the door and explained the ordering process. It didn’t take long for the food to arrive and everything was amazing, the serving sizes were great!
