Overall KSI has made this a very good experience. Jim my designer put together great options for material and colors I went with almost all of them. The installers Mike and Mark were awesome they did a fantastic job, respected my home and actually cleaned up additional details that I didn't expect them to do. I would invite this team into my home any time.
