Dr. Graves’ compassion and active listening, pertinent questions that get to the source or identification of needs… I, as always, left with the confidence that each concern is being addressed and that there will be follow-up once lab work is analyzed. Dr Graves’ staff mirror his attitude and approach. I am greeted by name and personally welcomed. I sometimes have to wait a bit to see my doctor, but it makes me smile, because I know he is using that time to be just as thorough and intentional with the patient before me!
Dr. Graves just became my primary care doctor and I am so pleased. I found him to be very thorough and professional. He took time to carefully go over all my medications and current medical conditions and make recommendations and adjustments. He also answered any medical concerns that I had in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I look forward to him handling my health care needs going forward.
Dr. Graves delivers no less than exceptional care at each visit. He is thorough in determining the nature of any issues of concern and options related to the proper course of treatment when necessary.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Graves for two years. I have a complicated health history but he wasn’t daunted. He treats me based on my health history and current issue. He’s thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. He spends the time needed to get to the root of my problems and responds in a timely manner to MyChart questions. He is, undoubtedly, the best doctors in his field.
Dr Graves always gives thoughtful and personal care, taking his time to listen and then respond to all of my concerns in a meaningful way. He is supported by an excellent, caring staff that do their very best to help in anyway they can. Both Dr Graves and his staff are always in a pleasant mood and provide excellent care.

All staff are friendly & caring. Dr. Graves has been my primary care physician for several years & has always been amazing in his demeanor, competence, & compassion. He is also a great listener who addresses all concerns & questions without rushing through the appointment. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Graves is very thorough. He’s very patient and genuinely concerned in the patients overall health. Answers all questions and listens carefully. I highly recommend him as a physician.
