First off, I will say that the company has been decent, polite and courteous, work was completed in a fair and timely manner.My experience with this claim has not been. The communication between AAA and Kustoms was lacking, more due to AAA than Kustoms. Lack of sitting down and going over the work to be completed and costs involved was our major issue and due to miss-communication we have been left with a major debt. In the beginning there was attention to detail. But when the work order was signed, everyone seemed to disappear.

Employees are courteous and professional when they actually come. The young man Ian that replaced my paneling did an excellent job. However, there is work that has not been completed and I have waited four (4) months for a simple carpet installation and a replacement of an inside door.
