I called the garage a day before and spoke to Lucas regarding a broken tyre air valve. Lucas was very polite and booked me in for the next day. Upon arrival Lucas made himself known and although it was a quick fix, Lucas was extremely helpful, courteous and polite. A great customer service.

I had an EXTREMELY AMAZING experience at Kwik Fit Balham this morning. My super heroes Abs and Stan are also my knights in shining armour. My other car is a bus but I was driving my actual car like a bus took a wide turn and mounted the curb leaving a massive hole in my tyre. By the time I made it to break time I realised the extent of the damage to the tyre and by the time I got to Tooting from Stockwell the tyre was ripped to shreds but Abs and Stan saved the day and got me on my way within minutes replacing the tyre for a... read more

Great experience the Balham staff was friendly. The tyre fitter was on the go dealing with the other costomers. I sat down in the waiting area, and relaxed while waiting for my AC to be re-gased.
