I used Kyle for my second home. He was recommended to me by my real estate contact. The entire process was easy and smooth. He knew about different loans, processes, paperwork and how to over come any obstacles that occur. It is obvious he has a lot of experience. He is even available weekends and after business hours. Kyle was great to deal with. Very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. However once we became hesitant about refinancing (because it wasn't in our best interest) he became frustrated with us and not helpful. We had a hard time getting all our paper work back from him. A lost sale can become a future sale if you handle your customer respectfully and this is not how we were ultimately treated. Just a good reminder that it's really all about him making the sale. I will not be using him in or his company in the future.
