The overall refinance experience was quite challenging to say the least. We hit some road blocks but Kyle always talked me down out of a stress spiral. I appreciate him and Morgan. Their dedication got me to closing!
Kyle and the entire Stockton gang are Awesome! I rated the experience "OK", as there were many hurdles during the process (not anyone's fault on your side). I sure didn't understand how much work was involved in a re-fi, but I'm grateful for the help I received from Kyle, Stockton et al. Thank You!!
Kyle is amazing and just a gift to the world. He made the process easy going and I felt heard and I understood every step of the process. But more than that he did such a great job at making me feel like more than just a customer. I got really sick during this process and he was so great at checking in on me to just see how I was doing and I have to say he has made me a lifelong member/supporter for Stockton!
I got so sick during the process and Kyle held my hand (figuratively of course) throughout the whole process! I do t think we would have been as successful without him and I appreciate him so much! I also appreciate the other team members that were so quick to respond to my emails and questions and I always felt safe to ask any questions I may have had! It was just a great experience that is going to translate into a lifelong partnership with Stockton!
