Kyle is awesome to work with!
Kyle was great to work with and it was very easy to get a hold of him. When we first started the application, he helped us on a Saturday to help get the paper work completed because of a computer issue on my part.
Kyle Shepler was amazing to work with him and his team worked efficiently and told us exactly what was needed to do and Kyle explained things on how the process was going to work and that the time line was correct I will pass his information on to any one who is looking to refinance or needs a lender . Excellent team here at citywide they go out of their way to get it done as quick as they can and do what they can, … although remember they can only go as fast as you get them their information so the faster you get your information to them, that they need, they can keep moving a lot faster, cause they’re not waiting on information then.
Every step Kyle was there with whatever I needed. For an old man what a great relief for someone that is there like Kyle has been.
