Kyle was professional and pleasant. Made my wife and I feel very comfortable, like we knew him for 20 years, as he came out of his way to do the paperwork at our home. He explained everything page by page and stopped if we had a question so he could answer it for us. We laughed and joked as the paperwork was given, explained and completed.
