I have an extremely anxious Morkie, and this is the only place we can go for grooming. Absolutely love them. They always make a huge fuss over my furry best friend, putting both her and myself at ease. So thankful we found them!
Drs Kyle and Owens are fantastic. When I moved to town 6 years ago with my already aging cat (16 years old at the time!) it was very important for me to find a good vet to care for my furry family member. I tried a couple, and never felt comfortable or "taken care of". Then I found Dr Kyle and am so happy. My cat is now 22 years old and we have dealt with high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, kidney failure, and now cancer, and every step of the way I have never doubted that we are in the best hands. I love Dr. Owens and my dog LooLoo does too. It's nice to see dogs that are boarding or at day care relax behind the desk if they are in need of special attention as it is good for them and it always makes me happy to see cute pups. I ALWAYS get a follow up call from the vet techs asking if my dog's treatment is going well and if I have any follow up questions. It's really out of the way for me to go here but I wouldn't go anywhere else because their service is great
Customer service and genuine care and concern for my pet. My dog was in a traumatic accident 4 days ago and was having complications (that they were aware of). They couldn't even be bothered with trying to fit him in their schedule today and wanted me to just drop him off for the day until they found time to look at him. I've taken my business elsewhere.

We do offer a drop-off option so our medical team can prioritize urgent cases between scheduled appointments, but we understand this may not have felt like the right fit for your situation.
I would do 0 stars but it's not an option. Do not send you pet here for anything if you love your pets. This place has no idea what they are doing. I've been taking my dog here for years and had a feeling something wasn't right. We took him somewhere else and they are shocked at the amount of vaccines he is missing. Shots that should have been done when he was a puppy. They prescribed my dog to an unhealthy amount of medicine that you can easily look online and see that it was not right. Summary: In my opinion - decline in service. In fact - increase in cost. I have taken my cat and dogs to Kyle Vet for a number of years. The care for my cat was sympathetic and caring, but not helpful without further expensive testing. I have taken my dogs there over the years and I agree with the other reviewer - what used to be a quality, first-rate operation has slid into something sub-par for me. We have been loyal to Kyle's for approximately 10 years. I have to say, in the last 3 years, the pricing, service and overall experience have plummeted drastically. The staff is not as knowledgeable (you constantly get different answers depending on who you ask) nor are they as courteous and welcoming as the previous 7 years. The overall feeling these days is that they are overwhelmed, overbooked and the appointments don't seem as thorough, but rather rushed. I created a review for this business about two years ago and recently received a message from Yelp informing me that my review was removed due to it being "not with in the guidelines." I again reviewed the "guidelines" and found nothing wrong with my review, but found a comment that was against the guidelines since it was obvious it came from a employee.
