Went far and beyond the call. Other's couldn't do what Kyle did. Keeper.
For the most part great, however gaps of communication between APM and this consumer slowed down the process, which took extra time for the loan to go through. At the end it all got done and largely due to Kyle being persistent with the underwriting department.
The team did an outstanding job and worked beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Kyle is wonderful! He kept me up to date on the details of my mortgage and made sure I understood all the details. He was available to me anytime and returned my calls or texts very quickly.
