Unprofessional and insincere Gave two quotes and backed out of them both. Then gave false information off a report. Lot of Travel and aggravation to deal with dishonest and unprofessional people.

We are sorry that you were disappointed, however, the vehicle had damage that you did not disclose to us over the phone. After seeing the vehicle in person and running several reports, it simply wasn't worth what you had stated another dealer had already offered to pay for it.

Disappointed Phone conversation prior to visit promised competitive price. No reduction in price. Could only provide 1 ignition key and would not pay or provide additional. Had to wait in sales room while salesman took care of another customer.

i got a car but left feeling cheated The old adage about car salesmen and how they are fast talkers and untrustworthy, well that is the feeling i got when i walked into Kyner's in Chambersburg. this dealership and their salesmen are all TAKERS they don't give you anything in return. usually when you walk into a dealership as a potential customer they offer you a bottle of water of coffee, Because they want your business and want to make you feel welcome. BMW had immediate issues- worst customer care I bought a 2008 BMW 328i around July 7th, 2018. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, we noticed a little shaking in the engine. I wasn't too concerned, but a few days after that the car stopped in the intersection. I live 50 miles away from Kyner's, so I took the vehicle into my mechanic. I wasn't worried about making Kyner's pay for the damages. It was a used car and fairly old, so figured there would be issues and I may need to put a little money into the car. I certainly did choose the wrong dealer and based on you erragant response to my complaint, I see that now. My mechanic did not screw up, you screwed up and cost me 500 dollars. Never once have you acknowledged that you were the last people to perform the oil change, not me, not my mechanic, but you. David, I think you picked the wrong people to criticize! First and foremost YOU decided to purchase the vehicle as-is. You were offered an extended warranty and YOU declined! YOU decided to take your vehicle to a guy who charged you $500 and failed to fix your problem! If he was any kind of a mechanic, he should have realized the oil cap was missing (if in fact, it was or maybe when he worked on your vehicle HE forgot to reinstall it)! Returning customer review I was a returning customer to your dealership after the vehicle I purchased 7 years ago was totaled in an accident. As a returning customer I expected more. While everyone was helpful in the process and I do like my vehicle it just wasn't a 5 star experience this time.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL I BOUGHT A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO FROM THEM AND LIKED THE SUV TILL I BROUGHT IT HOME AND LOOKED IT OVER AND FOUND OUT THEY LIED TO ME. I TOLD THEM I WANTED A 4 X 4 LIKE MY JEEP LIBERTY IS AND I DID NOT WANT A LEASED SUV. I WAS SENT A PICTURE OF THE REAR OF CAR STATING IT WAS A SHIFTABLE 4 X 4 LIKE MY LIBERTY IS AND IT WAS NEVER A LEASED SUV THEN I LOOK IN GLOVE BOX AND FIND PAPERS FOR THIS SUV WITH A DIFFERENT VIN NUMBER LOOKED IT UP SAME SUV. Totally unhelpful I was referred to this dealer thru Cars.com. they were totally unhelpful was told the dodge dakota i was interested in was on the lot went there and was told the vehicle was sold to auction a week ago. Total waate of time

Good until i was no longer interested I was interested in a vehicle for a while and they emailed me several times to let me know they would answer any questions or schedule an appointment. When i went to view the car it was in bad shape(i was warned prior to viewing) and when i told them i was no longer interested they were quite rude and basically said with my budget i wasnt going to find anything (however i found a great one after leaving this place)
