Nice Amenities, close to restaurants, decent value First hot tub's pump broke and never was fixed. Second hot tub was cold. Shower had zero soap in dispenser. Asked front desk if I could be compensated for either and they said sorry, they'll make a note of it. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym, close to restaurants and stores

Bad value for money, unfriendly staff When we arrived there was a sign “I’ll be back at 2”, we could literally see someone inside but no one opened. We came back at 2 pm and they told us we could check in at 4 pm only (understandable), but no one made us feel welcome. They gave us no towels to wait by the pool, offered nothing for the two hours wait. The staff were in general rude and unfriendly.
