Good Gym was closed. Couldn't get joining rooms, felt like little effort made to help with that. The shower drain was not good and left you standing in water. Heated pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs and cabanas were all great.

Please know all guest requests are based on our availability, and since we were sold out the night of your stay, we were only able to put you 3 rooms down from your guest. We apologize you were not aware of the gym hours (6 am-10 pm), however, it is open for usage. We will contact our maintenance about your shower issue in the future; please contact the front desk immediately with any maintenance issues we are happy to fix.
Comfortable, clean, relaxing. Front desk staff could have been a bit more curtious. They overcharged us for waters and acted like it was an inconvenience to them to make it right. This was on 2:12 @3:30pm.

Good TV was nice and large, but internet based and almost unwatchable. Nice clean hotel with great location for easy access to the downtown area.

Pleasant the walls are super thin, we heard our neighbours snore and have intercourse good pool area
