Wonderful our room was facing the street and we could hear the cars at night. modern & feels safe to stay at - right next to boozehounds so it was nice to be able to walk to places as well.

My room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly. They charged extra for facilities use. They had beautiful clean pools etc but it was cold. Needed more lights on the dark path by utility rooms. No breakfast free coffee and tea all day but you had to purchase items.

Hi Arlene, we do offer complimentary coffee, apples, and tea, along with water, to our guests. additionally, we have a snack shop where guests can purchase other items. Also, all of our facilities, such as the pool and gym, are included in your resort fee at no extra charge. The pathway lights are on an automated timer so we will adjust that. Wouldve liked less noise, but overall a decent stay. You could hear a lot of outside noise, traffic, people coming and going. We could also hear a nearby room playing loud music at night. Thankfully it did not last long, but the overall noise control couldve been better. Wifi was not the best. We liked the cleanliness of the room. Also the location was ideal considering it was near the downtown area, and also not far from the surrounding areas we wanted to visit. Pool area was nice and looked clean as well.

Pleasant The shower drain needed to be cleaned of long hair, so gross. The housekeeping staff was very loud chatting in the hallways in the morning. Comfortable room, firm bed, and soft pillows. Decent pools and hot tub.

Great, quiet location in Palm Springs with excellent outside facilities. As breakfast is not provided, I’d suggest putting a microwave and maybe a toaster too in each room. Presumably not too expensive to do and would enable guests to prepare their own breakfast, should they wish to. The outdoor facilities are excellent…….lovely heated main pool, large saltwater pool and two nice hot jacuzzis. An extremely pleasant place to sit, swim, sunbathe and relax. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Pleasant The beds were horrible. The mattresses were so hard and uncomfortable. There were large gaps in the door letting light and cold air in. There was no fan in the bathroom... The hotel is in a convenient location at the north end of the main drag in Palm Springs. Checking in was easy and there was plenty of parking. The area and hotel felt safe.
