For the nightly price, our stay was good and reasonable. We did not need our bedding changed daily, but we had to ask for clean towels daily. Staff was very accommodating about this, received clean towels shortly after we requested them. Since there were two of us, two chairs in our room would have been nice. One of us always had to use the bed as a seating area. The TV was difficult to use, we could not get local news, just short prefilmed news segments and tv shows. Good No one at the lobby desk after 11pm till 6am We discovered Toucan Tiki Lounge a block away. Drag Show was fun. Jacuzzi works.

Very Good Would have liked an elevator to bring out luggage from the parking lot up to the second floor room. Would have liked to be in an area that was not in the Palm spring wind tunnel Good pricing for a clean room. Enjoyed having a fridge in the room. Also enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee.

Excellent place to stay, modern, and location is fantastic I’ve actually thoroughly enjoyed my stay here each time. The only only thing I could say is that one of my rooms in the past that faced palm canyon was firmer than the others I stayed in at various points at this property. The grounds are extremely well kept, the amenities are fantastic including one of the greatest hotel gyms I’ve been to, especially for the size of the hotel.
