Nice property and overall okay, but will not be back due to the quality of customer service received A few days prior to arrival, we received an email saying we could check in early for $50 if there was availability. About an hour before arrival, we called to see if this offer still stood. The woman we spoke to said we could arrive early (specifically around 1pm) and the fee would be waved (AWESOME!). Great pools! The room was a bit small in terms of bathroom space and the air circulation was bad. even with AC it got warm in the room and especially in the bathroom. Another annoyance was the 'wifi-based' TV which didnt work right for the whole stay as the wifi was just too slow to stream a steady signal! Lastly, the hotel was a bit farther from downtown than this page makes it seem. We enjoyed the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs the property offered. Comfortable stay at an attractive property The room was hot, even at night - though it's Palm Springs, you have to expect some heat! One area for improvement is the Internet - I had important work to do and found the internet unreliable and slow. The staff, to their credit, immediately worked to improve the Internet situation, though it never quite worked well. The property is lovely and well-kept, especially the pool areas.
