The Captain was extremely professional and friendly- top shelf experience
I rode the beast for my birthday, loved it! By far one of the funniest things I have done!
I attended a banquet on the boat and I must say it's a beautiful boat with great food and great service.
Got on at Pier 83 after we realised they had relocated Asa we were using our New York Pass Book which located it at Pier 79, stayed on until DUMBO, got off and found the Old Fashioned Roundabout which was stunning, then went into the Market and bought some prints, it was a Hop On Hop Off so we got back on when it returned 70 minutes later and went out round The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island, the chap who did the narration was very entertaining
Business response:
Thank you Pamela for taking the time to leave us your Water Taxi experience, we appreciate it. We are thrilled to hear you found the narration to be entertaining. We hope you found the Hop on, Hop off option to be convenient. We hope you will visit us again in the future. Kind regards, Jade H. Guest Services
