My drink came but it was wasted. The man took it back! This is unacceptable!

The coffee shop did not provide stoppers for the to-go cups. The coffee and matcha I ordered were undrinkable and due to no stoppers, the door dash driver had coffee spill in her car. The matcha didn't taste matcha, but a watered down milk with cinnamon and a hint of the green tea. I've heard amazing things about La LaKind Cafe, so this was a disappointing experience.
