This coffee shop is so cute! From the decor inside to the little tables outside, no detail is overlooked. Even the straws are in cute little heart shapes. This location was very busy so it took a long time to get a coffee. And parking in this area is not the easiest. The late was delicious but very sweet. Next time I will ask for half sweet for sure.

The vibes are immaculate. Seating indoors and lots outdoors as well. Very dog friendly - there is a doggie menu. Their matchas are delicious and lots of different tasty varieties if you like your matchas fancy. Drinks also come out pretty quickly. The only downside is that the line gets pretty long and doesn't move very fast. Clearly I missed the memo on the toast, will definitely go back and try it out to see if it bumps up to five stars.

I walked over with my dog yesterday and was given such a warm welcome and cheer when I entered in! I ordered the banana cream top latte and it was everything and more. Gabby and Lila sent me away with a love you and it seriously made my day. What a great experience here, I'll be back!!

I'm am so obsessed with the Santa Monica location!! Been to a few of the others, but the service here is unmatched. The staff was so kind and welcoming. We were served super quick and had some of the best coffee ever. The latte with the vanilla cold foam is so good! They have a tight run ship. I believe the manager Lailah checked us out and gave us great recommendations and made the experience the best I've had at La La Land. There were great vibes, and we ended up hanging out for a bit. Made a stop at La La Land Kind Cafe with coworkers and I tried the "perfect latte" for the first time and it was... perfect. I'm not exactly sure what the secret sauce is, but it was really good and I would recommend! As always, friendly service and cute ambiance.

First time coming back after a few months. Wow, what an improvement! Must be new management, because my drinks came out fast and she even asked me if I enjoyed my drink. Didn't catch her name but she was wearing a blazer and had straight brown hair. I really appreciate that she took the time to check in with me- it really meant a lot. I'll definitely be back.

Such a cute cafe, as this was my first time going to the Grove and this coffee shop, The merch is so cute, however the iPhone merchandise was dated as they only had iPhone 14 and 13 model cases. The LaLa hats and cups in the display weren't for sale but they had a lot of them. When I approached the counter to order, a young lady on the register was logging out for the day but none of this was communicated, I was just standing there.
