Great service and cute aesthetic but the drinks were very mid. I think if you don't like traditional matcha, you'd like the matcha here because the flavor isn't as strong.

Long lines. Staff is super friendly. The apple turover is delicious. Coffee is acceptable for my taste though.

I have never had a bad experience here until today. I attempted to redeem my birthday reward, on my birthday, and no one could explain to me how to redeem my free drink. It is not a good look for your staff to not be fully trained in the reward program.

We love La La! So excited to be getting one in the Fort Worth area. We would make a point to drive to a La La location anytime we are in Dallas. I'm also biased because I LOVE matcha and their options are so endless. Good price for what you get too. Generally the employees are always really nice and the different locations are really clean too. They could probably work on having two bathrooms instead of one in all the locations just because it can get SUPER busy, but overall one of our favorite places to stop and get coffee.

The La La land pumpkin spice latte was so good! Definitely on the sweeter side but I liked it. Avocado toast was also really good. This is a fairly small location with a drive thru and walk up order window

Went here for the first time to get a grab and go overnight oats and chia seed pudding both were great. Also had a chia latte it was great as well. There were a lot of options on the menu can't wait to try again.

4 stars because the place is nice but perhaps it was the drink that I got that wasn't the best. I had gotten the strawberry field matcha, and I wish they use strawberry juice instead of the artificial strawberry one for boba's which I didn't think tasted too great. But I think this place can deserve another shot since they definitely offer more than what I got.
