I came to La La land today and wow the experience was amazing I had a minor inconvenience but the manger Julianna fixed it quickly would definitely come again for the kind customer service

I always go to la la land for my iced latte and it's honestly the best! I've been going there for over a year and it's always a nice time going there. It's always busy as well but that just tells you that the service is great and the coffee is delicious. Right now there is pumpkin seasonal drinks so I recommend the pumpkin pie iced latte. Stopped by the cafe today and it was such a great vibe! Julana was super friendly She even suggested a drink I wouldn't normally try, and it was amazing. The whole place just has this chill welcoming energy and the service is on point Definitely my new go to spot!

Shout to Jasmine for saving the day!!!! I needed a gift card for my son's teacher. It was her birthday and I thought that La La closes at 9 pm. Turns out they close at 7 and of course I show up at 7:15. Jasmine was so sweet and was willing to help me even though they were already closed. Thank you Jasmine for going above and beyond for a customer. This is the kind of customer service that makes me want to support a business more.

All locations are super pretty inside but have a bit of a crazy line system usually. They get drinks out fast and are efficient. The drinks taste great... their matcha wasn't my fav but hands down one of my top 3 coffee places.

I know people are just gonna complain complain complain about this place but if you know the ins and out, it's fine. Yes, it takes a pretty long time to get your order. It's not Starbucks fast at all but the coffee is much better than Starbucks. To me, at least. If you are smart you will download the app and place your order on there and then pick it up in 20 minutes. Stopped by with a couple friends on a Friday afternoon on our way to OC for the weekend. A coffee and snack break was much needed! Free outdoor parking is available in the plaza, but on busy days it can take a while to find a spot.
