It's pretty packed most of the time. There's music playing, people chatting. Not really the spot if you're looking for something calm or quiet, but if you're into that buzzy, social atmosphere, it totally works. It can take a bit to get your drink if it's busy (which it usually is), but the staff handles the rush with a smile. So excellent! Drinks were so sweet and yummy, I love the aesthetic inside the store, and I commend these employees for keeping a good energy despite what can be overwhelming volume. I used to be a barista at Joe and the juice, and I can't even imagine dealing with this volume of people nearly everyday. It's popular for a reason!!! Great location and the instagramable theme. I love the cups and the heart shape straws. But unfortunately I didn't enjoy my drinks. I ordered the Mango passion fruit and it was water-down and its more bitter than I expected. Service is ok, you get in line and order your drinks and hopefully find a table to hang out with. Line was long. I would need to come back and try again to see if I could recommend this place.

This is my second time at la la land kind cafe but my first time at this location. The aesthetics are super cute and I loved the heart shaped straw BUT would I recommend this place, unfortunately no. The prices were decent for LA and the drink itself wasn't bad but seemed watered down. I personally prefer grabbing a delicious drink over aesthetics. If you're in it for the gram, this is a cute place to snap a picture.

If you're looking for great coffee this is not the place. Coffee was good but nothing spacial. This is a place you try once for the experience and a cute photo. The crookie was good but on the sweeter side.

I got the lavender matcha latte, it was good but kinda on the sweeter side. I liked how easy mobile ordering was and how it was ready when I arrived for pick up. I have gone to the Santa Monica location before and this location is smaller in comparison to the other one. I would recommend coming here if you're in the area and want to check out a hip spot.

Five stars for my matcha squared latte!! This place is super aesthetic and had a long line that moved quickly. Really enjoyed the iced matcha, tasted like high quality powder and was phenomenal with oat milk. Would come back again!!

Customer service here was beyond exceptional. They did such a great job to make sure that your order is correct. They are so friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure you get the drink that you want. The ambience is a little chaotic even though I feel like the atmosphere is giving a little bit more calm. It was very busy.
