very good matcha einspanner! not a lot of places in ventura county do this so it's nice to know i can go somewhere and get a matcha fix. unfortunately, it was $7 for a latte about the size of my palm, so definitely quite pricey. drinks were coming out fast but staff seemed annoyed. inside was nice but insanely packed.

We were on a road trip coming from LA and stopped at The Promenade at Westlake to charge our car. I'm so glad we found La La Land Kind Cafe while we waited! It's the ultimate spot to hang out for a bit. The place was very bright, positive vibes, and the staff is genuinely kind. We tried two of their matcha lattes and both were a hit! We visited La La this past weekend, and once again. Great experience! Your staff is so nice and helpful. They do not get rattled by the long line of people; they just keep the line moving! I tried the matcha chai this time. So yummy! And Zoe, our pup, loved the belly rubs she received in line! Thank you for keeping up the consistency!

The coffee was mediocre at best, not the worst coffee in the world. the workers were kind, but the price was not justified for very mid coffee from a chain, it felt like paying more for the looks of the store rather than the drinks themselves. It was more of paying for the nice looks and ambiance of the shop rather than delicious coffee.

5/5 -- A Little Ray of Sunshine in Coffee Form LaLaLand has officially stolen my heart -- and honestly, I should've known the moment I saw all that cheerful yellow. I recently visited La La Land in Westlake Village and had a wonderful experience thanks to Caydence. She was attentive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. Her hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and she made my visit truly enjoyable.
