We were on a road trip coming from LA and stopped at The Promenade at Westlake to charge our car. I'm so glad we found La La Land Kind Cafe while we waited! It's the ultimate spot to hang out for a bit. The place was very bright, positive vibes, and the staff is genuinely kind. We tried two of their matcha lattes and both were a hit! We visited La La this past weekend, and once again. Great experience! Your staff is so nice and helpful. They do not get rattled by the long line of people; they just keep the line moving! I tried the matcha chai this time. So yummy! And Zoe, our pup, loved the belly rubs she received in line! Thank you for keeping up the consistency!

The coffee was mediocre at best, not the worst coffee in the world. the workers were kind, but the price was not justified for very mid coffee from a chain, it felt like paying more for the looks of the store rather than the drinks themselves. It was more of paying for the nice looks and ambiance of the shop rather than delicious coffee.

I recently visited La La Land in Westlake Village and had a wonderful experience thanks to Caydence. She was attentive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. Her hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and she made my visit truly enjoyable. She was working solo making the drinks for pickup while some other employees were talking and laughing in the back room. It was a very busy morning - the day before Thanksgiving. My first visit was somewhat disappointing. Although the drink and the cookie were good, the service was terrible. A hand full of people who placed their order after me received their purchase first. I had to ask for my drink to get it and didn't get an apology for the oversight. Management should focus on doing a better job at customer service, professionalism and cleanliness. The floors and countertops were really dirty.

Love their cold matcha squared latte! I always ask for less sweetener and with almond milk! I'm addicted to it, perfect matcha taste with cloud foam on top!! They get busy in the afternoons and the wait can be long.... But a no brainer when I'm charging my car nearby!! The service is always friendly and nice!
