I decided to stop in yesterday afternoon after a long morning at work, and was cheerfully greeted by the manager. She was a breathe of fresh air. She answered all of my questions (even though I've been to LaLa Land like 50 times) and helped me make a decision. After I had ordered and was waiting for my avocado toast another coustomer came in with a request that was uncommon, and she selflessly went above and beyond to fulfill that request! Her selflessness and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much!!
Came in for the first time after following on Instagram for awhile. First impressions was it was so cute with its white and yellow decor. Told the barista it was my first time so she recommended the "Lavender Bloom latte". As I picked up my cup to go a second barista said "You said it was your first time here? The aesthetic is great, but the coffee is too! The staff was kind and helpful. The line looked long but went very fast and my coffee was ready quickly. There were a lot of people there, but they have some outdoor seating.
Love everything about this coffee shop! Cute and vibrant with good amount of seating inside and outside. I tried the perfect latte and it was great - a little on the sweeter side. One of the smoothest lattes i've drank!
OMG!! ATTENTION La la land kind cafe owners and leaders! The morning manager (I wish I had gotten her name), showed EXTREME poise, confidence, and KINDNESS, to an otherwise disruptive and extremely rude, crude, and uncouth individual in the store this morning. This gracious person (the manager) treated the disturbed person with respect, attention, and maturity like I have never never witnessed. Kudos to the manager and staff! Coffee was delicious too!
I've been eyeing the cafe for weeks trying to decide when would be the best day to go! Luckily I got the chance to stop by on this gorgeous Sunday! Thank you guys for having an amazingly clean and welcoming atmosphere! It really makes the customers experience! So please keep it up!
