If you're looking for a spot with great coffee and incredible customer care, this is the place! Big thanks to Arlene, she greeted me with such a friendly smile and a positive attitude that instantly brightened my day. She was patient while I decided what to get, even offering helpful suggestions based on my preferences.
Was in town recently and stumbled onto this cafe not knowing what to expect. Kenna helped me find what I wanted and was so helpful and patient with me during my visit. When I'm in town again, I'll be back!
I have been meaning to try La La Land Kind Cafe since every time I pass the place it is packed with people. I ended up getting the La La Dream Toast and the Lululemon Chai and they were both delectable! My food and drink came out quickly and was beautiful. One of the employees named Kiko was was so nice. Absolute love visiting La La Land for my morning coffee! Taylor's consistently great service stands out as a highlight every time I stop by, and the vibes in the shop are always so positive.
Honestly I'm kind of a grump... especially before I have my morning coffee. I live in West Hollywood and I'm closer to a couple locations but for some reason this location just hits it out of the park. I'll drive there even in traffic to just get my coffee. There's always this cashier who just knows how to make the experience amazing even if there's a long line he always makes me laugh. I think his name is Casey. I always look forward coming to La La Land! It's my favorite coffee shop in West LA. If you need a boost of good vibes and good coffee, run don't walk! Isaac is my king. He is the sweetest barista I've ever met and he actually cares about what I have to say every morning. I love love la la !!!
