First of all, let me say that there's BARELY any parking here. That is probably the most frustrating part of this location. You'll have to like park in the streets and walk far. Anyway, the shop is cute and small. The service was great! The coffee still tastes just as good as the other two locations. I will definitely be back to try more drinks and food.
my favorite coffee place that opened up in the kirby area! parking might be a little limited but you can park in the neighborhood on the side. we got the lavender matcha and the la la latte, they were both pretty good with good flavor profile. they gave us some free goodies from grand opening and the free coffee on a saturday afternoon!! staff is super nice and helpful
I have been a handful of times since their grand opening and have nothing bad to say. While waiting for my order I tend to watch the baristas do their craft and it is so fascinating watching the team work flow. From the cashier to the people who are making drinks to the people calling out the drinks, they have a great system down. I get an iced perfect latte here every time and it delivers. I am a sucker for matcha and I find it difficult to find a good place in Houston that satisfies my matcha expectations. La La Land is one of the few places I don't mind drinking matcha from although it really is a hit or miss. At times, it's not consistent but they are willing to remake the drinks which I appreciate. Saw that this placed recently opened and is currently having a 50% off all drinks special until July 25th! Of course I had to stop by! Have visited the heights and Montrose locations. Wide arrange of matcha/coffees available! Tried the lavender matcha latte iced w/ almond milk - super tasty! Glad I got a large for this one. Upside down matcha latte was delicious too! One of the best matches I've had in my life! What a great company, I enjoyed the service, the decor, the ambience, the grand opening sale, the wide selection of drinks, the taste and quality of the drinks. The place is somewhat small however I was able to grab a seat. The cups are so cute, good quality cup, and straw. Who knew Oreos so good coffee and the strawberry Matcha here very good quality. This is an adorable coffee shop new to the Montrose/upper Kirby area. The atmosphere is perfect. I had no idea what to order since I typically drink frozen coffees. The cashier was very helpful in helping me make a decision regarding which coffee to order. I absolutely loved my caramel upside down latte. La La Land is an aesthetic coffee shop with great bites & a positive atmopshere. For their grand opening they're serving 50% drinks. I love the service & I'm glad they opened a new location!
I'm absolutely obsessed!! For my first time, I tried the upside down latte with oat milk and a chocolate croissant. The drink is absolutely STUNNING The chocolate croissant was super flaky and gooey. Better than Starbucks. The inside is big and really cute. There isn't a lot of seating but a lot of standing room. The baristas are SUPER nice.
