My first visit was somewhat disappointing. Although the drink and the cookie were good, the service was terrible. A hand full of people who placed their order after me received their purchase first. I had to ask for my drink to get it and didn't get an apology for the oversight. Management should focus on doing a better job at customer service, professionalism and cleanliness. The floors and countertops were really dirty.

Love their cold matcha squared latte! I always ask for less sweetener and with almond milk! I'm addicted to it, perfect matcha taste with cloud foam on top!! They get busy in the afternoons and the wait can be long.... But a no brainer when I'm charging my car nearby!! The service is always friendly and nice!
Love the clean simple aesthetic this place has the service was very friendly and fast. I love that the cashier today recommended her favorite drinks to us and they were actually very good. I had the salted caramel latte with coconut milk and my boyfriend had a banana latte and it taste like a banana smoothie a really good highly recommend the surface was fast and the employees are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place again. I didn't try the food for the next time I will.
The coffee was made super quickly and delicious! My friend got the Dubai chocolate croissant that they warmed up before, and it was perfectly "not too sweet" and savory! It may have seemed like it was going to be a lot wait, but the service was quick - everything was so streamlined! The cafe had the cutest designs, felt light & airy & truly made you feel so much happier! There were such adorable candles to purchase (one in a mug, another in a martini glass) - as well as the chicest merch!!
A really cute and aesthetically pleasing spot to relax, get some coffee, hang with friends, or get some work done. The avocado toast is super good and all the drinks I've tried are great as well. They have a great variety of drinks, but my favorite is the matcha squared. They have plenty of seating inside and outside

Located a few steps away from Barnes & Noble at the Westlake Shopping Center. There's a small seating area inside, but more seats available outside. The shop is nicely decorated with merch on the shelves for sell. They have quite a bit of drinks to choose from hot & cold drinks, coffee or teas. I have to say that the wait time a little long, so I wouldn't come here if you are in a hurry. It's more of a place to just sit and relax and just people watch. My first time here. Everything about this place is cute! lovely soft yellow & white interior, cute yellow cups and merch. My daughter & I shared a small Banana Cloud Latte Matcha w/oat milk and Almond Croissant. The iced matcha was ok. I feel like it was lacking the taste of matcha. It was milky and creamy if anything. The drink is a bit pricey for what you're getting.
