The coffee was mediocre at best, not the worst coffee in the world. the workers were kind, but the price was not justified for very mid coffee from a chain, it felt like paying more for the looks of the store rather than the drinks themselves. It was more of paying for the nice looks and ambiance of the shop rather than delicious coffee.
5/5 -- A Little Ray of Sunshine in Coffee Form LaLaLand has officially stolen my heart -- and honestly, I should've known the moment I saw all that cheerful yellow. I recently visited La La Land in Westlake Village and had a wonderful experience thanks to Caydence. She was attentive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. Her hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and she made my visit truly enjoyable. She was working solo making the drinks for pickup while some other employees were talking and laughing in the back room. It was a very busy morning - the day before Thanksgiving. My first visit was somewhat disappointing. Although the drink and the cookie were good, the service was terrible. A hand full of people who placed their order after me received their purchase first. I had to ask for my drink to get it and didn't get an apology for the oversight. Management should focus on doing a better job at customer service, professionalism and cleanliness. The floors and countertops were really dirty.

Love their cold matcha squared latte! I always ask for less sweetener and with almond milk! I'm addicted to it, perfect matcha taste with cloud foam on top!! They get busy in the afternoons and the wait can be long.... But a no brainer when I'm charging my car nearby!! The service is always friendly and nice!
Love the clean simple aesthetic this place has the service was very friendly and fast. I love that the cashier today recommended her favorite drinks to us and they were actually very good. I had the salted caramel latte with coconut milk and my boyfriend had a banana latte and it taste like a banana smoothie a really good highly recommend the surface was fast and the employees are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place again. I didn't try the food for the next time I will.
The coffee was made super quickly and delicious! My friend got the Dubai chocolate croissant that they warmed up before, and it was perfectly "not too sweet" and savory! It may have seemed like it was going to be a lot wait, but the service was quick - everything was so streamlined! The cafe had the cutest designs, felt light & airy & truly made you feel so much happier! There were such adorable candles to purchase (one in a mug, another in a martini glass) - as well as the chicest merch!!
