5/5 -- My new favorite coffee shop! La La Land Café on Melrose completely stole my heart. The coffee here is absolutely incredible -- I tried the La La Latte and the flavor was unlike anything I've ever had. It's rich, unique, and so perfectly balanced that every sip felt like a treat for my tastebuds. Hands down my favorite cafe in LA! I love ordering the La La Matcha, the Vanilla Latte, and the Upside Down Latte. However, at this visit I tried the Keith Lee Matcha Latte, and all of the ingredients combined plus the flaky salt and strawberry makes this drink so refreshing. I'm so glad this seasonal drink is staying on the menu!
Located conveniently in The Grove, the cafe feels expensive from the moment you enter. We went pretty late around 8pm so the line wasn't too long. Also, you could check out Laneige nextdoor or any other store while waiting for your drinks. We ordered various drinks and everyone loved their order. just came back today and tried the keith lee latte!! they are donating all proceeds for the floods, it was a 10/10
So yummy! My friend and I came all the way from OC to come here. I will admit I'm normally not a sensitive dairy person, but next time I'm definitely getting a dairy free option. Within the first couple sips, my stomach was in knots, but it was so good. I don't even Regret it.
