I love this restaurant and the food is outstanding. I have been several times and this time I brought 2 of my gal pals who had not been before, one of my guests had been before. Needless to say, we all enjoyed the service and the food. While the food and the ambiance was outstanding, the service was lackluster. We got our food way before our drinks. Once we were received our initial drinks, we were never asked if we needed refills. We asked multiple times for more water but never received it until after we were finished with desert. The staff was friendly enough but timely drinks would have made the experience better.
We knew this place opened but given that Baci is walking distance, we had not found opportunity to go. Glad we did. Several people we know had already been. Most of the feedback was positive but a couple were “iffy”. They were wrong. From being seated to paying the bill the service and attention was excellent without being obsequious.
