The hotel was pretty run down. The pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. They didn’t have any blankets for the pull out couch. The breakfast was good though.

Room and hotel need some improvement. We had several holes in our bathroom walls, the mirror was broken, and the down button on the elevator was broken. I was also concerned about security since the after-hours entry to door in the back, wouldnt lock unless you pulled it shut. I usually enjoy La Quinta but this stay was very disappointing.

extreme disappointment and frustration with the treatment my family and I received at the La Quinta Denver tech center location on January 28th. Despite being a booked guest, I was met with rudeness and hostility when I asked for a small discount due to issues with the kiddy pool. At 10:40 am on that day I was in live chat with hotel staff, having already booked our room for an extended stay. I had put my card on file and was working to finalize payment. We stayed there for 2 nights and there was no hot water for the time we were there. We had 2 rooms and neither one of them had hot water. I later found out the whole floor had no hot water.
