Just okay, floors in the lobby and hallways not clean

The large area around back to let dogs run was nice surprise. I had to have my key reset daily which was annoying, but got to make new friends with the staff.

Overall good hotel with spacious suites. Shower head was leaky and sprayed water at the roof, which had previously caused some paint to fall off. Not sure how well our room was inspected before we checked in. We were missing a TV in the bedroom, and upon after checking out, we were asked where this second TV was as if we took it. Was not super impressed. But the stay overall was good, close to the station to get to empower field.

The rooms were clean and nice, and all personnel were kind. The window had rotted wood around the whole frame, and it was a sliding window without a latch. Therefore, I couldn’t close out the noise. There was a gap. I heard the freeway the whole night and barely slept. The next morning, I told the front desk person about the situation, and I asked her to send someone up there to just duct tape the window closed to the rotted frame.
