Very Good There was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The staff was excellent, very helpful; close to the airport, the driver was very helpful getting my bags to check in. I will stay here again.

Problems were rectified during my next stay. I requested a disability room due to some mobility issues, but the room assigned to me was musty and smelled of cigarette smoke although all rooms were described as non-smoking. When I spoke to the front desk staff person, she readily moved me to another regular room (there were no other disability access rooms available), but the shower head had been turned off, so I had to climb on the toilet to turn it on--not particularly safe! Adequate for a place to sleep but not much else. No Lotion, microwave and for breakfast no salt and not much for a gluten free diet Friendly people at the front desk

Hello John and Sandy, Thank you for the comments on my friendly staff! We do indeed have lotion available at the front desk by request, and we also have salt above the microwave in the breakfast bar. Some of our rooms do have microwaves and fridges, so in the future if this is something you prefer to have as a room amenity, please inform the booking agent, and we will be more than happy to book a room that comes equipped with a fridge/ microwave. It's okm When I checked in the room had a strong smell of cleaning detergent. Took 2 hours to finally get the smell out w/the A/C full blast.
