Disappointing Los pasillos sucios. Las camas no son tan cómodas.. y las teles no sirven jamás pudimos ver algo en ella Muy amables . Desayuno básico pero muy rico .

Fair We did not like the beds and that th bathrooms were too small...and too many stairs. We liked the breakfast bar

Disappointing The room was in need of repair. We were told that by fall everything would be refurbished. It certainly needed it. The staff is friendly.

Just the hotel needs to be updated. The WiFi/Netflix wasn’t working. Nothing.

Very disappointed that there was no mention the hotel is a building site Unfortunately when I was booking a room there was no mention that the facility was a complete building site. I can understand why it is being rebuilt as it’s a dump. The whole pool wing was under construction. Not much of anything really
