Excellent value for the money The breakfast was lovely. Bed was comfortable. The apple at check in and the computer to use in the lobby were very nice and unexpected touches

Good The desk agent at check in at night was rude and unhelpful. After many flight cancelations and delays and traveling for 30 hours it would have been nice if he would help me bring my luggage in the door. The breakfast was not very good. The shuttle was not running late at night when I arrived so I had to take a taxi. The bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The shower and towels were great too. The desk agent in the morning was very nice and friendly and everything was clean.
