We are happy. The bathtub is too old and rusty. (Room 1202). The elevator is too small for 14th Floors hotel. The washing basin cold water pipe has little water, make the water too hot all the time. Location is perfect. Very good as no smoking, no smells. We can keep our luggage temporarily after checking out. The staffs are helpful.

Bon emplacement mais chambre un peu petite. Les chambres sont très petites même si bien agencées. L’ascenseur était lent pour 14 étages. La Clim a eu un problème, elle a vite été réparée mais réparation de fortune. L’emplacement était parfait (5min à pied du métro et 100m de central Park). Le personnel était accueillant et le petit déjeuner très bien.

Location is great! Breakfast room was super hot. Why don’t you put a AC in that room? It is terrible! AC in the room could be better. Room is too small (normal for that range of price in NY). Although they agree to keep the luggage before the check in, there is no a specific room or even an identification for the luggage. You have to leave the luggage in the front desk, where a lot of people have access. Location is great! It is near to the subway. Breakfast is good. Nice staff. There is an ice machine.
