Looking for an affordable place on UWS and found this to be a good option. The staff was very helpful with reservation Slightly cramped space Good location on the Upper West Side. Very nice staff and plentiful breakfast options.
Good Blinds on the windows were inoperable, only one elevator for the whole building (and one stairwell), but the main thing was that the cost was inordinately swayed by a UN convention in New York - at normal rates, this hotel would be good value for money. Location of the hotel is excellent being close to Central Park and within the Upper West Side. Room was good - clean, comfortable bed, decent facilities.

Amazing location and room! Todo perfecto La ubicación es perfecta ! El desayuno perfecto, muchos se quejan en los comentarios pero es muy completo y la verdad súper rico, me quede 9 noches aquí y lo volvería a hacer. Es buenísimo

Very Good Problème de clés magnétiques mais sûrement résolu depuis notre passage. Hôtel très bien situé (près de Central Park et tout près d'une station de métro). Bon rapport qualité/prix. Petit-déjeuner copieux.
Good There was no fridge, room was too small The location is good
Not again Bathroom door didn't close. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner directional vent was broken. No outlet on one nightstand and no light on the same nightstand. The room was extremely small. It was a clean room.
