This small hotel is a great value, with a perfect location, generously sized accessible rooms, and a friendly, helpful s It was really difficult to open the door to my room - it always took at least 3 tries. Air conditioner blasted cold air. If I raised the temp it happened less often, but the blasts were just as cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay, location was good. The elevator is a real concern! Only one elevator for hotel, the wait time is extremely long. The hotel is located on very narrow street/ residential area. Parking options are nonexistent. The staff was very courteous and professional during check in process. The breakfast area was clean and food was acceptable.

prime location, good value We had a king room and it would be so helpful if each side had a night stand. of course it’s small in nyc, but there’s a small nook to the left of the tv, perfect for an ottoman for luggage. fantastic location
