Generally good. One lift...very poor Location
Friendly atmosphere with five star service. That I wasn't staying longer. Such a lovely atmosphere. Very friendly Reception. Welcoming. Everyone was helpful. Complementary bag storage was SO useful. I was able to check in early. steps from the park and transport. Easy to get to the airport(s). Pretty street, near supermarket and shops. DELICIOUS breakfast. Didnt want to leave!

we loved it here we would definitely book here again it was in a great location the breakfast was fantastic and room was great and the people at the front desk were incredibly helpful
Location was excellent. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. The room size was a bit cramped. Breakfast was good there was a variety of choices. Liked the fact one could have coffee or tea through out the day. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really really enjoyed the property it was convenient to most everything we did subway station close The the main complaint I have was the elevator in the hotel. The hotel is 14 floors and they have one very small elevator that was pretty slow to operate. Mornings and evenings were probably the worst time to try and catch the elevator. If you're staying here you might request a room on the 5th or 4th floor or below because you'll be using the steps on a regular basis The room was nice but small which was expected.
