Very Good The breakfast was only OK. There wasn’t any heat in our room so a portable heater had to be provided. There was only one pillow for each of us. We like to read and watch TV and only one pillow wasn’t enough to get comfortable. We saw a mouse in the breakfast room. The staff was outstanding and the location couldn’t have been better for visiting Central Park. In particular, the hotel location was incredible for my wife who ran the New York marathon.

Great value hotel steps from Central Park! I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons but the breakfast was poor and served in a very drab room. It definitely needs a substantial upgrade. After reading reviews about the small size of the rooms, I booked the King executive suite which is a comfortable size with a nice mattress. It was a little pricier than the regular room but definitely worth it.
céntrico pero caro La recepcionista fue muy " seca" en su trato, no nos dió ni siquiera la bienvenida, se limitó a tomar la tarjeta de crédito y ya. Durante nuestra estadía, en el pasillo de las afueras del elevador, hubo dos empleados sin máscaras y sin mantener la distancia recomendada y encima de todo hablando uno con el otro como si no estuviésemos en una pandemia.
