Acceptable Only 1 elevator, didn't stop in our floor sometimes. Neighbors were noisy, the AC was placed right in front of the 2nd bed. No way to point it somewhere else. Not all appliances worked at the breakfast area... there were things out of place in the hallways and so on... Convenient location for families with kids, the check in was earlier.

Hay cosas por mejorar pero volvería El ascensor es insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes y el personal de servicio, así que hay que tener paciencia. Excelente ubicación - wifi malo La limpieza fue mediocre. Solo tenían 1 ascensor eso hacía que el acceso a la habitación o al lobby fuera lento. El wifi pésimo. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona preciosa de manhattan; había restaueantes y tiendas cerca, la zona súper tranquila. Me encantó.
