Quiet and Clean Room comfy bed, Location is perfect next door to central park THE ELEVATOR WAS TOO SMALL AND SLOW ONLY ONE. THE ROOM KEY GOT DISCONNECTED FOR NO REASON AND THE CORRIDORS NEED NEW CARPETS . LOCATION WAS PERFECT , THE PARK IS LESS THAN A STREET AWAY PLUS ALL SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS BEST PART OF UPPER WEST SIDE. I GOT THE KING SIZE ROOM AND IT WAS AT THE END OF THE HALL AND VERY QUIET GOOD SHEETS AND THE TOWELS WERE NEW. VERY CLEAN. I would recomend it if you look for a cheap but well located place to stay. Otherwise the service isn’t great, breakfast The staff was not quite available, i tried to call during the evening to ask informations during my Stay… nobody answered. On my checkout day i asked if i could kindly leave my suitcase until the afternoon, but they proposes to leave it at the engeances without any label or safe supervision. Very Good The walls and paint could use a little touch up. Room size was great - perfect view of Central Park - staff was very friendly - breakfast and breakfast staff were very good - location...you can't beat it - Remember, you're in NYC to see the city, not be locked up in a room. All you really need is a warm, comfy bed, constant hot water and good pressure, clean bathroom. Would easily stay here again.
