Ideal location but mediocre facilities Entrance and registration look like a youth hostel. Public area needs work. There's no excuse for charging a resort fee since this place is cramped and dark. Great location and best price on the west side. Rooms are small but fine if you're just using it to sleep.

PESIMO HOTEL - EVITAR A TODA COSTA. PÉSIMO HOTEL - EVITAR! El hotel en general está totalmente sucio, descuidado, gastado y avejentado. Los dueños lo están dejando caer y los que pagamos los platos rotos somos los pasajeros. Nunca vi en ningún hotel semejante grado de deterioro y desidia. En mi piso había un olor a humedad espantoso, y en la habitación, además de mínima, estaba todo tan deteriorado y desgastado que no se sabía qué era roto y qué era suciedad. Quarto pequeno, mas hotel muito prático e funcional. O quarto era bem pequeno, basicamente do tamanho da cama de casal, mas super funcional e com janelas grandes com vista agradável para os fundos dos outros prédios do quarteirão. Um mini banheiro, tb ajeitadinho e limpo. A localização é ótima, ao lado do metrô e do Central Park. O café da manhã é bom. O hotel é super prático e funcional, sem frescuras mas tudo fácil e simples. Seria caro para o tipo de hotel, se não fosse em NY.
For someone on the budget - descent place to stay. The grumpy girl at the front desk kills it all. Sky high attitude and she looks at you like you are trash. Plus, $3 for a bottle of water? We just took some free water from the glass jar across the lobby. Please, do something about your breakfast area, I almost past out from the heat. Invest in some fans or something. Unless the ac was broken? The room is ok, considering the location.
