I paid for the location. need more cleaning, the bed was sunk in the middle, the shower had an issue it leak while you take a shower, the first room that I got was extremely cold, they had issues with the heat system of the rooms, I was moved to a second room. the bathroom has more space that the bedroom, and it was really cold. the breakfast was ok. location
We travelled from Ireland to spend Christmas in New York, the hotel was ok in terms of luxury, the location breakfast a it was very basic and the rooms were teeny tiny location was fantastic and the staff were so helpful and lovely..
